At Granny Smiths, we take pride in providing our customers with the freshest fruit and vegetables. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a returns and refunds policy to ensure you receive the quality you expect.

In-Store Returns

If you have purchased an item that does not meet your expectations, such as:

  • A product that has gone off within a couple of days of purchase
  • A fruit or vegetable that appears fresh on the outside but is bad inside when cut open

You may return the item in-store at your next visit. If returning the item is not convenient, you can take a clear photo and show it to us in-store for review.

We will offer either a replacement or a refund for the affected item. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Online Orders & Collection Issues

All online orders are collected in-store. If an item you have ordered is unavailable on the day of collection, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement with a similar item (subject to availability)
  • Provide a refund for the unavailable item

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Storage & Product Care

To help preserve the freshness of your fruit and vegetables, we recommend:

  • Storing perishable items in the refrigerator where appropriate
  • Keeping produce in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Proper storage can help extend the shelf life of fresh produce.
